The Founder
Nelly Roussel
Born in the Alpine city of Annecy, where mountains meet crystalline lakes, Nelly Roussel grew up French in spirit yet international at heart. Her journey began in Geneva’s vibrant hospitality scene, where she first stepped behind a bar as a cocktail waitress and discovered the art of welcoming and delighting guests. London soon called, and in the early 2000s, her time at Soho House opened the door to the world of high-end event production, placing her at the center of one of London’s most fashionable and coveted circles.
In 2007, a visit to her brother on the breathtaking island of St. Barth moved her deeply and changed the course of her life. Captivated by its magnetic beauty, refined energy, and effortless elegance, Nelly chose to stay. She immersed herself in luxury hospitality, working within one of the island’s prestigious hotels, and honed the savoir-faire that would soon define her signature approach.
In 2010, she transformed her vision into reality by founding Gold’N Guest. What began as a dream quickly evolved into one of St. Barth’s leading conceptual event planning and design agencies — a creative house renowned for crafting experiences as unforgettable as the island itself. Supported by a dedicated team, Nelly continues to shape celebrations where artistry, emotion, and flawless execution intertwine.
Gold’N Guest is an expression of who she is: a woman driven by impeccable attention to detail, a natural mastery of planning and refinement, and an enduring passion for art, culture, fashion, savoir-faire, and beauty. Her work is guided by intuition, elevated by aesthetics, and inspired by the desire to create moments that feel both magical and meaningful.
Beyond her professional world, Nelly reconnects with her roots as a trained dancer through movement, yoga, and a deep appreciation for travel and nature. Above all, she treasures the precious time she shares with her three daughters — her greatest source of inspiration.
